| Good experience and I would (and have) recommended to others. Couple commnents on my last visit though: I would expect tire rotation to be free if purchased at your shop (not $60+tax) AND I had requested you keep a belt you changed out as I'd had it changed at a oil change place 3 months earlier and that didn't happen! |

| I took my car to Harper's Tire to have the winter tires changed over to all season tires. I've had Harper's Tire do this for the past several years. I also asked to have the brakes checked as well. All that was very much routine... nothing complicated. I also asked to have the rear differential checked because their was an oil leak and to give me a price on fixing that leak. When I went to pick up the car, I was told they could not fix the leak because they did not have the proper tools. I was told that they were a full service shop and were able to carry out the required service. I guess that is just not so. It's unlikely that I will return for any further service. After all, if they can't do the required service, what else can't they do. |
